Personal Training
I teach my clients how to work out as well as explain why they are doing each different exercise. I don’t want to just train your body, but I also want to educate you about fitness and how it effects your everyday life.
PT Test Prep
From military to police officers, I will customize a workout plan to help you pass your test with flying colors. In order to prepare effectively, please give yourself at least THREE months prior to your test.
Group Training
The groups can consist of 5 to 7 people. Workouts will include between 5 to 10 stations. Groups will workout at each station for 1 to 2 minutes until they get a 20-to-30-minute workout. These workouts are designed to be challenging but fun!
Muscle Tone
In order to achieve the look of muscle tone or a toned body you need to engage in strength training as well as shedding layers of fat covering your muscles. I will set a daily regiment to fit your lifestyle and body type.
Core Strength
This program that includes 4 categories: Transverse abdominis, Erector spinae, Oblique, and Lower lats. Here are some example workouts for each: Transverse abdominis = wheel, plank. Erector spinae = deadlift, hyperextension, bent over rows. Oblique= dumbbell or barbell side, side jackknife. Lower lat= t-bar one arm rows. These are foundational core training!
Diet & Nutrition
We need to break down what to eat and what not to eat. I will customize a plan that shows which foods to eat pre workout, during workout, and after working out. I will also, educate you on what is best to eat throughout the day and will educate you on how to read labels and the glycemic index chart. My goal is tot teach you how to eat to live not live to eat!
