Why Your Fitness Goals Are Still Out of Reach in 2023: The Harsh Truth About Excuses and Commitment

Are you tired of making excuses for why you can't stick to your fitness regimen? It's time to take control of your mind and body and start making progress toward your fitness goals. As a trainer, I've heard every excuse in the book - from a dog dying to not having clean workout clothes. But at the end of the day, these excuses are just that - excuses. If you're serious about reaching your fitness goals, you need to commit to sticking with your regimen, which means showing up for your training sessions even when you don't feel like it. As a trainer, I know firsthand how hard it can be to get up every morning at 3 am for a training session. Because I do it too. My clients are counting on me to help them reach their goals, and I take that responsibility seriously.

The Harsh Truth About Excuses and Commitment
Excuses Are Not Accepted

If you're struggling to commit to your fitness regimen, it might be because your body is now in control of your mind. Joe Dispenza, a renowned author and motivational speaker, stated that people quit because their body is now in control of the mind. Their body tells their mind when they can workout instead of the other way around. The only way to fix this is to do away with the excuses and take control of your body and mind.

Now, I understand that life can get in the way sometimes, but it's important to remember that consistency is key. And making consistent progress toward your fitness goals requires commitment, discipline, and accountability. That's where I come in as your trainer. I am here to hold you accountable and help you stay committed to your goals.

Stick To The Plan
"Stick To The Plan!"

It's time to tell your body that it's time to get up and head to the gym. There is no room for excuses because you have a goal to achieve. You need to be committed and consistent with your training sessions if you want to see results. No more excuses about your dog or your laundry. It's time to prioritize your fitness goals and make them a non-negotiable part of your daily routine.
